Clearing cache and cookies on iOS


This page provides instructions on how to clear cache and cookies on iOS for the following browsers:

Apple Safari

  1. Open the Settings app.

  2. Click Safari (you may have to scroll to it) then click Clear History and Website Data.

  3. In the prompt that appears, click Clear.

Google Chrome

  1. Open Google Chrome.

  2. On the top right side of the Chrome window, click the menu button (three dots in a vertical line).

  3. In the drop-down menu click Settings.

  4. Within the resulting menu click Privacy.

  5. Click Clear Browsing Data.

  6. Within the resulting menu ensure Cookies, Site Data and Cached Images and Files are selected; you may also select additional information to clear. Then click Clear Browsing Data.

  7. In the prompt that appears, touch Clear Browsing Data.
