NOTE:<\/strong>\u00a0The IT service framework was completed in 2017. The framework has served as a foundation to guide Rutgers IT leaders in moving forward with a process of evaluating support, cost, and funding models for IT services.<\/em><\/p>\n

Committee Charter<\/strong><\/h2>\n

This committee will oversee the aggregation of data related to the establishment of an IT service framework for Rutgers University. Building a service framework is vital to furthering the understanding and abilities surrounding the information technology landscape at Rutgers University. The committee, building on the work accomplished in the December 2016 CIO IT Leadership Retreat, will define broad categories of IT services, as well as, individual services and determine the correct correlation between enterprise-level and localized service provision for each service or set of services.<\/p>\n
