\nDeveloped a framework for standardized governance of ITLC committees and working groups. Work completed in 2022 and recommendations were made to the ITLC.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n\n <\/div>\n\n <\/div>\n

Enterprise Cloud Strategy Committee<\/strong><\/a>
\nDeveloped an enterprise-wide cloud infrastructure strategy for Rutgers\u2019 research, clinical, academic and administrative IT needs. Work completed in 2017.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n\n <\/div>\n\n <\/div>\n

IT Service Framework Committee<\/strong><\/a>

Project and Portfolio Management Advisory Committee<\/strong><\/a>
\nPromoted IT Project and Portfolio Management (IT PPM) and facilitated the adoption of IT PPM practices that contribute to positive work outcomes. Work completed in 2021.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n\n <\/div>\n\n <\/div>\n

\nProvided ongoing strategic direction and oversight for the Rutgers Active Directory (RAD) initiative.
