AI Technology Community of Practice<\/strong>
\nThis group explores AI innovation across multiple areas, with a particular focus on security and purchasing\/procurement. It is open to Rutgers IT professionals who advise or support the university community on AI technologies.

Communicators Network<\/strong><\/a><\/strong>
\nCommunicators across Rutgers use this group to share strategies and tools for communicating effectively to various audiences. Occasional meetings take place, but this group mostly interacts via group email.

Digital Accessibility Network<\/strong>
\nThis group is managed by the Rutgers\u00a0Office of IT Accessibility<\/a>\u00a0to inform the university community about the wide range of resources, workshops, events, and training available to aid in web accessibility, online course accessibility, instructional materials, assistive and adaptive technology, video\/multimedia captioning, and software procurement.

Enterprise Device Management (EDM) Community<\/strong>
\nThe EDM Community is comprised of IT administrators throughout Rutgers University. The EDM team strives to provide a simple solution to managing Apple and Windows devices at scale. Meeting slides, recordings, and event invitations will be shared through this group.

Mac Support<\/strong>
\nThis group exists mostly as the\u00a0Rutgers IT Slack<\/a>\u00a0channel\u00a0#macsupport<\/em>, where Mac administrators and other Mac enthusiasts share tips, talk about developments inside Apple, and discuss ideas. The group also meets once a month on Zoom.

Rutgers Core Component Library (RCCL) User Group<\/strong>
\nThe RCCL is a no-code-required platform for building websites at Rutgers University. This user group on Microsoft Teams\u00a0is the place to connect with the RCCL user base to ask questions, offer suggestions and support, and get ideas.

Rutgers Instructional Design Community of Practice<\/strong>
\nThis group connects instructional designers from across Rutgers units to foster community about instructional design topics, such as creating effective assessments or engaging course materials. Members learn from each other and increase awareness of instructional design as a discipline. The group meets once per month on Zoom.

Rutgers Project Management Community<\/strong><\/a>
\nThis group brings together project managers (and aspiring project managers) from across the university to share info, best practices, and tools related to individual projects or project management in general. Meetings occur several times a year, currently via Zoom, but hybrid when appropriate.

Rutgers Salesforce Community<\/strong>
\nThe School of Social Work IT unit has initiated a Salesforce Trailblazer private group, Rutgers Salesforce Community, to gather Rutgers use cases, share knowledge and expertise, as well as to offer insight for other interested units. The group will meet monthly. You can request to join at the link below, regardless of your current Salesforce experience. You will be prompted to create a Trailblazer account, and you can authenticate via Salesforce, LinkedIn, Google, Apple, or email.

Rutgers University Instructional Technology<\/strong>
\nThis group meets every few months via Zoom or in-person to share information, best practices, resources, and tools for instructional uses of technology throughout the university. Topics include updates to Canvas and other instructional technology, demos of education technology under consideration, classroom technology issues, and accessibility recommendations.

Rutgers Web Analytics Group<\/strong>
\nThis group shares information about Google platforms, Google Analytics 4, general analytics, and more with the Rutgers community. Faculty and staff from across the university may join this group, which is on Microsoft Teams.

Rutgers Women+ in Technology Group<\/strong><\/a>
\nThis group holds a variety of events such as workshops and networking meetups both on its own and in conjunction with similar groups across the Big Ten and elsewhere, to help women in tech find community, inspiration, and empowerment.

Tableau Users Group<\/strong>
\nThis user group on Microsoft Teams was established to help teams meet other Tableau users at Rutgers, learn how they use it, and encourage knowledge sharing. Discussion topics include best practices, proper use of university data, and how data analytics can be improved at Rutgers.
