Rutgers IT event calendar request form

Please complete this form to request the addition of your event to the Rutgers IT calendar.

Any events submitted must be open to the Rutgers IT unified group membership, which includes some non-IT staff members. Submitted events will be added to the Rutgers IT community group calendar. Rutgers events that are broadly relevant the community may also be sent as a calendar invitation. In the case where a submission request cannot be added to the calendar, you will be notified.

It is recommended that event requests be made at least 5-10 days in advance to increase the opportunity for community members to become aware of the event.
