The majority of today’s system updates and repairs have been completed, and most services have been restored. Due to an issue with a replacement part, some repairs are still in progress. Due to necessary system upgrades and repairs, a range of IT services will be temporarily unavailable on Sunday, June 6.
Services that will be unavailable for two roughly 15-minute periods between 8 a.m. and 1 p.m. include but are not limited to, the following:
- Duo enrollment
- Enrollment Management
- NetID Management Service that manages NetID activation, Password reset, and Duo enrollment
- People Search at search.rutgers.edu
- Personal information services that manage the update of personal information and directory disclosure
- Student, financial, and administrative services, such as:
- Transcripts
- Rosters and Electronic Grading Information System
- Schedule of Classes
- Term Bill
- Undergraduate Admission Application
- Rutgers Foundation
- stage.ess.rutgers.edu
Services that will be unavailable between 8 a.m. and 1 p.m.:
- Banner
- PeopleSoft HR/Payroll system
- Confluence
Services that will be unavailable from 1-4 p.m.:

- EBS Financial Management
- Rutgers Foundation test system
