Issues with Kaltura services in Canvas

Kaltura is reporting that the issues have been resolved, and services are now operating normally. Please follow Kaltura status for additional updates

Video playback in Kaltura Mediaspace and Kaltura in Canvas is currently unavailable.  At this time, users will not be able to:

  • Play content via mediaspace.rutgers.edu
  • Play Kaltura content embedded on Canvas pages, assignments, or posted as links
  • Complete Kaltura in-video quizzes
  • Play content in My Media and Media Gallery in their Canvas courses.

We are currently working to resolve this issue and will provide updates as they become available. Please follow Kaltura Status for the latest updates.
