The issue with the 848-445-4357 phone number for the OIT Help Desk has been resolved.

Callers trying to reach the Office of Information Technology Help Desk at 848-445-4357 may intermittently be presented with a busy/beep tone. Please contact the OIT Help Desk at 833-648-4357. OIT is investigating the issue.
