Intermittent issues with DataWarehouse and several University HR IT-related services

The performance issues with DataWarehouse (DW1) and a number of University HR IT-related services have been resolved. These services are now working normally.

The Office of Information Technology has identified the underlying issue and is working to resolve this.

Performance may be degraded for DataWarehouse (DW1) as well as a number of University HR IT-related services, including Personal Information, Payroll and Compensation, and Benefits, due to technical issues. OIT is investigating.
