Zoom client upgrade on Thursday, November 11

On Thursday, November 11 at 10 p.m., Rutgers will be upgrading to the latest client version of Zoom. This update includes the following changes:

  • Polling enhancements for quizzing
  • Seasonal scenes for Immersive View
  • Two-way chat with Waiting Room participants
  • Security enhancements

Following the upgrade on November 11, users who are not currently running the latest client version will experience a short pause (1-2 minutes) to install the new version of Zoom before joining their next meeting.
