Connection issues with RUWireless Secure, RUWireless, Rutgers VPN, and eduroam

RUWireless and RUWireless Secure across the university experienced a 16-minute service outage at approximately 11:30 a.m. this morning. The Rutgers Virtual Private Network (VPN), RUWireless Secure, RUWireless, and eduroam were all affected. The network team worked to identify the cause and the connection issues have now been resolved.
