A number of IT systems at Rutgers are unavailable or intermittently available due to a software issue with a mainframe system. The services that may be affected include WebReg (Web Registration), OneStop, transcripts, student bill payments, and course schedule planner (CSP). The Office of Information Technology is investigating the issue.
