Microsoft has reported that the issues with the Microsoft Intune Company Portal and iOS have been resolved. If you have any questions or need assistance, please contact your local Office of Information Technology Help Desk.

The issues with the Microsoft Intune Company Portal and iOS are being addressed, and users should now be able to download new apps provided by the Office of Information Technology, such as Outlook, Word, and Box. OIT is working with Microsoft to address the issues with downloading other apps via Intune.

Microsoft has reported an issue with the Microsoft Intune Company Portal, which is the application used to register your mobile device for Rutgers Connect and allows you to set up your email profile. iOS users may have issues downloading new apps like Outlook, Word, Box, and others via the Microsoft Intune Company Portal onto their devices. The Office of Information Technology will provide updates from Microsoft as they become available.
